Business letter - 1

Dear Mr.John,

I have decided to accept the proposal submitted by you on Jun12th for the construction of kitchen cabinets in my home. It is understood that the work is to commence no later than July first week, and is to be completed with in two weeks.

Mrs. David and I like the revised plans very much, and we would like you to know we appreciate your efforts to carry out our somewhat unusual ideas.

I enclose my check for $1000 in accordance with the terms of your proposal.

Sincerely yours,
(Your name)

Dear Madam,

We offer you our heartiest Independence day greetings. Every body knows that our radio set is better than others in the market. Not only better but it is brighter and cheaper too! Remember, with us the best also in the cheapest.

Drop a postcard and we will send you a catalog giving you a list of our sets within your easy reach.

If you like to buy a set, it will be our privilege to sell it to you; but it is not our policy to try to make you buy something you do not really want.

Exchange of old models on reasonable terms can also be arranged.

We hope you will take advantage of this unique facility.

Yours faithfully,
(Your name)
